Cream cheese is very high in fat and cholesterol. As it is a mixture of full-fat milk and cream, but still there is a question that is it good for health? The answer is “No”. Also, that’s why it is on my list of top 5 unhealthy everyday food items . There are many health risks regarding having cream cheese such as Listeria mono-cytogenesis, Breast And Lung Cancer etc. It can increase the risk of iron deficiency as well as can have chronic ear problems and respiratory problems in children. Cream cheese is also high in cholesterol.
- FROZEN MEALS
Frozen meals are rich in fat and calories. These are also high in sodium which can lead to high blood pressure, heart disease and stroke. If you’re over age 50 or have high blood pressure, diabetes or chronic kidney disease, you should limit sodium to no more than 1,500 milligrams per day. These meals can cause more harm to our health. A number of calories it contains is very dangerous for our health; we should stay away from frozen meals.
- WHITE STARCH
These are the third number of my list – “ top 5 unhealthy everyday food items ”. These kinds of meals should be avoided on the regular basis. It’s important to realize that when food is refined, vital nutrients are destroyed. In terms of bread, once you remove the most nutritious part of the grain, it essentially becomes a form of sugar. Also, consuming refined cereals causes high blood sugar. So, it’s better to avoid these type of foods to be healthy.
Where the limited use of milkshakes can help us achieving dietary goals, excess use of milkshakes can cause many health issues. So, these should be taken in a required manner. Unfortunately, not all shakes have high-quality ingredients, and even those that do may increase your risk of several health conditions.
- WHITE CHOCOLATE
The next food item in my list of “ top 5 unhealthy everyday food items ” is White Chocolate. It is one of the favorite desserts of everyone. It can affect the weight. Also, it can cause some unwanted diseases, including diabetes. Children with the disease – “diathesis” need to be careful when eating this dessert. The positive quality white chocolate is low in caffeine, so they can safely enjoy and the kids, but in moderation.
